When will my order ship?

Most orders are dispatched within 36 hours. Once your order is dispatched, we will send the tracking number and tracking link to you by email.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes, we ship worldwide. We can deliver single-item samples and large orders to over 100 countries.

When will my order arrive?

We offer standard and expedited delivery options. Standard delivery takes 3–15 days to most major destinations. Expedited delivery is available for most items, with delivery within 3–15 working days after dispatch from our warehouse.

Easy 30-Day Returns

We are committed to your full satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund of the product price and any applicable tax within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a refund or exchange, all items must be returned new, unused, and unworn, with all original tags and labels attached. Items that are worn, used, dirty, or missing tags will be returned to you at your cost, and no refund will be issued.

  • Women’s swimwear may only be returned if the hygiene liner is intact.
  • Underwear, custom-made, and personalised items are non‑returnable.

Please note that you are responsible for lost return parcels. Always obtain a tracking number from your courier when returning items.
